Advantech SQFlash 640 series mSATA delivers all the advantages of Flash Disk technology with the Serial ATA III (6.0Gb) interface, fully compliant with standard mSATA form factor. The SQF-SMS is based on the mSATA form factor which is generated by JEDEC and could provide a wide range capacity from 16GB to 1TBB for MLC and 8GB to 512GB for UltraMLC which delivers the read / write performance up to 560MB/s and 495MB/s.
